The business aviation industry is being shaped by a new generation of innovative thinkers who are challenging norms, breaking barriers and leading the way into a bright future. As part of the Young Professionals in Business Aviation (YoPro) program, the NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 Award, honors these rising stars.
Nominations for the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 Award are no longer being accepted. The deadline for nominations was May 18, 2026.
Nominations will be reviewed by the NBAA YoPro Council who will select 40 outstanding individuals to represent the broad diversity of disciplines within our industry.
The nomination form for the 2027 Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 will be available in Spring 2027.
