Exhibitor Registration Now Available for ABACE2014
The Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE) is where business aviation’s top vendors, industry leaders and experts from around the world come together to help share an emerging business aviation market in Asian market. From April 15 to 17 in Shanghai, more than 150 exhibitors will display the latest airplanes, helicopters, aviation equipment and services for thousands of attendees, and booth space is still available. Exhibitor badges are required for exhibitor access to the exhibit halls, chalets and static display of aircraft. Complimentary exhibitor badges are provided based on allotments associated with purchased exhibit space. Exhibitors, as well as attendees and the press, should register online now.

ABACE2014 Exhibitor Service Center Supports Your Efforts
The ABACE2014 Exhibitor Service Center is where exhibitors have access to details, reminders, policies and procedures to support their ABACE exhibits. All confirmed exhibitors are required to log in to the Exhibitor Service Center to complete the required forms for their exhibit. Resources include the ABACE2014 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies exhibitor company profile update, exhibitor service kit forms, exhibit staff registration and ABACE2014 logos. Make Sure Your Company Is Listed in the ABACE2014 Show Guide
Distributed to each attendee at ABACE with their credentials, the ABACE2014 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies includes pertinent information relative to exhibits, education sessions, social gatherings, shuttle bus schedules and other events. The show guide is helpful in familiarizing attendees with the happenings at Asia’s most important international business aviation event, and all exhibitors are invited to update their company listings online by Feb. 22 for inclusion in the printed guide. Media Relations Resources Available for ABACE2014 Exhibitors
ABACE offers exhibitors a variety of media relations resources to help increase visibility for their products and services. Exhibitors may reserve two press conference time slots, and these rooms are available on a limited basis and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, ABACE management provides shelf space in the ABACE press headquarters for exhibitor press materials on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t Miss Out on ABACE2014 Advertising, Sponsorship Opportunities
ABACE2014 offers exhibitors targeted advertising opportunities both in the printed Show Guide and Directory of Existing Companies and on the show website. In addition, a wide range of high-impact and low-cost sponsorship options are available, including a variety of branded signage, billboard banners, venue and custom sponsorship options at Shanghai Hawker Pacific Service Centre and at the static display on Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. Advertising insertion orders must be received no later than March 1, and artwork must be received no later than March 8. NBAA Opens Call for Speakers for NBAA2014
NBAA's Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA2014) has a reputation for high-caliber educational programming. This year's event, set for Oct. 21 to 23 in Orlando, FL, will feature approximately 50 dedicated education sessions, plus maintenance and operations (M&O) sessions and a career day. The call for speakers for NBAA2014 is now open, through Feb. 28. NBAA Members are encouraged to submit speaking proposals, which must include a session title, abstract, learning objectives and speaker qualifications. Submissions must be for educational programming and not marketing/sales presentations promoting a particular company or product. NBAA staff and committee members will review submissions to develop the final session agenda. Respond to the NBAA2014 call for speakers.
