Exhibit at ABACE to Reach Emerging Asian Market
From April 16 to 18 in Shanghai, China, the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2013) is where business aviation's top vendors, industry leaders and experts from around the world will come together with an emerging Asian market that is eager for information and products. This year's event will feature expanded exhibit and static display space, an increase in the number of available chalets and meeting room space on the hangar floor. Thousands of Attendees are expected for this show, where more than 100 Exhibitors will display the latest airplanes, helicopters, aviation equipment and services. EBACE2013 Exhibitor Details Now Online; Note December Deadline
Complete Exhibitor information is now available online for the 2013 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2013), which will be held May 21 to 23, 2013, in Geneva, Switzerland. EBACE2013 is the perfect venue for companies who want to showcase the essential role business aviation plays in supporting jobs, mobility and economic opportunity in Europe. The event will feature hundreds of companies from across Europe showcasing their products, services and aircraft at Palexpo and Geneva International Airport. Exhibitor applications must be received by Dec. 21 to receive the discounted exhibit space rate and be included in the Live Priority Lottery Stand placement scheduled for January 2013. Secure Exhibit Space and Sponsorships at S&D Conference
NBAA's Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference is the biggest annual educational event providing timely and valuable information on topics of interest to those responsible for coordinating the use of business aircraft. Next year's event will be held in San Antonio, TX, from Jan. 22 to 25. The event will feature hundreds of exhibits from aviation products and services providers, and a number of sponsorship opportunities. The 2013 Exhibitor Prospectus is now online and booth space is still available. Exhibitors also should update their directory listing by the Nov. 28 deadline. Last Chance for S&D Show Program Advertising, Deadline Nov. 30
In addition to the number of sponsorships and exhibiting opportunities at the upcoming S&D Conference, companies also can purchase prime advertising space in the official show program that is distributed to all attendees at the event. For the second year, ad space is available for the popular smartphone mobile app as well. NBAA2012 a Highly Successful Convention
NBAA's 65th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2012) closed on Nov. 1 with 25,150 people in attendance, a number comparable to the final totals in 2010 and 2011. "Attendees and Exhibitors at this year's show have told us that it was a very strong event, despite its timing alongside Hurricane Sandy's landfall on the East Coast, and a temporary flight restriction for the Orlando area late on Sunday evening and Monday morning before the show," NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen said when the show closed last month. "We're delighted that, especially given those challenges, Convention participants reported strong traffic on the exhibit floor and at the aircraft static displays, along with a high level of enthusiasm among Attendees." NBAA2012 provided one of the most efficient ways for companies to make the most of their marketing dollars in a challenging economic climate. Miss Highlights From NBAA2012? Catch Them All Online
If you were an exhibiting company at NBAA2012 and needed to staff your booth throughout the show or if you didn't get to Orlando at all you can still see all the highlights online. During all three days of the show, the Association posted articles, videos and photo galleries on a wide range of scenes from the Convention, from speakers, award presentations and education sessions, to the exhibit booths and aircraft displays. For the first time, the Online Convention News Bureau features a photo gallery of every aircraft appearing on the two outdoor static displays more than 100 total. Users can browse the images by both make/model and by company, and the gallery makes it easy to share your favorite images on Twitter and Pinterest. NBAA Regional Forums Give Exposure to Local Markets
Studies have shown that companies using aircraft for business purposes generate jobs, local investment and economic activity in the towns where they operate. NBAA's Business Aviation Regional Forums are designed to meet the needs of these local businesses by providing a localized marketplace, as well as a venue for exchanging information about specific airport policies, environmental protocols, safety and security proposals, taxation and other issues. Sponsorships are available for companies interested in targeting the local markets where next year's forums occur. NBAA will host four Regional Forums in 2013 at general aviation airports located in Long Beach, CA on Feb. 28; White Plains, NY on June 6; Denver, CO on July 11; and Waukegan, IL in the Chicago area on Sept. 12. Call for Speakers: 2013 NBAA Regional Forums
NBAA is pleased to announce its call for speakers for education sessions at the Association's 2013 Business Aviation Regional Forums. Proposals for presentations are welcome on topics such as safety and risk management, maintenance and technical issues, airspace and airport access, aircraft and flight operations, aviation management, aircraft ownership, and career and leadership development. Proposals are due to NBAA by Dec. 17. Review and complete the call for speakers form.

Maintenance Conference Exhibitor Application Now Online
NBAA's Maintenance Management Conference is business aviation's single dedicated event for those responsible for managing the maintenance function of flight departments. With education sessions, exhibits and networking opportunities, it is the one-stop shop for the aviation maintenance community. This year's 26th Annual Maintenance Management Conference will be held from April 30 to May 2 in Fort Worth, TX, where technicians, directors of maintenance, owners/operators and chief pilots will convene to learn more about issues that address their aircraft and equipment maintenance needs.
