EBACE2012 Exhibitor Details Available, Priority Deadline Approaching
Complete Exhibitor information is now available online for the 2012 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2012), which will be held Monday, May 14 through Wednesday, May 16, 2012, a change from the typical Tuesday-to-Thursday schedule. EBACE2012, held annually in Geneva, Switzerland, is the perfect venue for companies who want to showcase the essential role business aviation plays in supporting jobs, mobility and economic opportunity in Europe. The event will feature hundreds of companies from across Europe showcasing their products, services and aircraft at Palexpo and Geneva International Airport. The priority lottery deadline for exhibit applications is November 18, at which time the EBACE2012 Exhibitor Application and full payment must be received to receive the discounted rate and be included in the priority lottery stand placement. For questions about indoor exhibits, contact NBAA's Linda Peters at; for the Static Display of Aircraft, contact NBAA's Katrina Bradshaw or NBAA's Joe Hart, at and; or for more information, visit the web site, at:

Attendee and Exhibitor Registration Open for 2012 S&D Conference
Registration is now open for the NBAA 23rd Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference, scheduled for January 15 through 18 in San Diego, CA. The conference includes over 30 education sessions that have been developed to educate and inspire Attendees, as well as hundreds of exhibits with aviation products and service providers from around the world. Visitors to the web site can register online for conference badges, as well as for pre-conference Schedulers Professional Development Program courses and the 8th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Golf Outing. Those who register by December 23 will receive a $200 discount. To register or learn more, go to:

Deadline Approaching for S&D Show Program Advertising
Exhibitors at the 23rd Annual S&D Conference can enhance their visibility at the event by placing an ad in the must-have show resource that each Attendee and Exhibitor receives and uses – their NBAA Show Program and Directory of Exhibiting Companies. This 140-page reference includes a complete conference agenda, the exhibit hall layout, a buyer's guide and a complete listing of all Exhibitors. The Show Program makes an excellent addition to any company's marketing communications plan, as it is an essential desk reference that Attendees and Exhibitors access year-round to contact product and service suppliers for flight departments around the world. The advertising insertion order deadline is November 21. For more information, contact or visit:

App Sponsorships for S&D Conference and EBACE2012
This year, for the first time, Attendees at certain NBAA events will be able to use their smartphones to navigate the exhibit floor, plan out their schedule and keep up with the latest event news – made possible with the official NBAA mobile app for iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and all web-enabled smartphones. The new app – which was unveiled leading up to last month's NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention in Las Vegas – received accolades from aviation and tech bloggers and Attendees alike. The app for the upcoming Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference will be available in the coming weeks, followed by the official EBACE2012 app. Both will offer exceptional sponsorship opportunities to companies that wish to target Attendees at these one-of-a-kind events. Act Now to Sponsor Next Month's Cross-Border Issues Conference
NBAA and the Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) will jointly present the Cross-Border Issues Conference next month in Toronto, Ontario, on December 8 and 9 at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites. With over $1.5 billion in goods moving across the border between the United States and Canada each day, many business aircraft operators from both countries make frequent cross-border flights. This conference will address the challenges faced by operators when crossing the border and flying in the airspace of the U.S. or Canada. For sponsorship opportunities, contact NBAA at or visit:

Shanghai Airport Authority Delegation Attends NBAA2011
In a show of support for the 2012 Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2012), a delegation of officials from the Shanghai Airport Authority attended a news conference at NBAA's Annual Meeting & Convention last month, where Vice President Jing Yi Ming said: "We deeply value the cooperation between the Shanghai Airport Authority and NBAA. Our cooperation on ABACE2012 will be just the initial step; I believe we will deepen our partnership in the future. ABACE2012 is a kind of seed we will plant in Shanghai, and in the future the seed will grow into a big tree. The city's senior officials have told me that business aviation will be an important factor in the future of Shanghai's economy." NBAA and the Shanghai Airport Authority signed a long-term agreement securing the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport as the location for ABACE earlier this year.

Anticipation for ABACE2012 Evident at NBAA Convention
At NBAA's Convention last month, visitors to the Association's booth had a number of questions about ABACE2012, reflecting the excitement and anticipation surrounding the forthcoming event. To answer questions, NBAA staff members were armed with a brochure detailing the floor layout for exhibits at Shanghai Hawker Pacific Business Aviation Service Centre, plans for the Static Display of Aircraft at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and other information.
