Interactive Program Schedule Now Available for EBACE2010
The program schedule is now available online for the 10th Annual European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2010), jointly hosted by NBAA and the European Business Aviation Association. Now in its 10th year, this event takes shape as a three-day event in Geneva and features exhibits, static aircraft and education sessions, all located at the magnificent Geneva Palexpo and Geneva International Airport. EBACE is the perfect venue for companies who want to showcase the essential role business aviation plays in supporting jobs, mobility and economic opportunity in Europe. EBACE Exhibitors Must Act Now to Update Show Guide Listings Online
The deadline for completing company listings for the EBACE2010 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies has been extended to tomorrow, Wednesday, March 24. Exhibiting Companies are encouraged to log on to update their company information to be included in the print edition of the guide. Artwork Deadline for EBACE Show Guide Advertising Is Mar. 29
The printed EBACE2010 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies offers advertisers outstanding visibility at Europe's premier business aviation event. This publication is distributed to each EBACE2010 Attendee with their credentials, and includes information on exhibits, meetings, networking opportunities, transportation and more. Print advertisers also have the opportunity to purchase display ads on the EBACE web site. The insertion order deadline for print ads was Monday, March 22, and the art deadline is March 29. Beware of Unauthorized Show Guide and Housing Solicitations for EBACE2010
EBACE2010 Exhibitors may have recently received a letter and form from Construct Data Publishers, a.s., requesting that Exhibitors update listings for the "Exhibitors Directory for Fairs & Exhibitions." This is not an official EBACE publication, and the company has no affiliation with EBACE, EBAA or NBAA; by completing these forms, Exhibitors are agreeing to place paid listings in the directory. The official show guide for EBACE2010 is the EBACE2010 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies. Similarly, be advised that HH Events is the exclusive housing company for EBACE2010, and Exhibitors and Attendees should be wary of other companies making the same claim. European Business Aviation Awards Nominations Due Apr. 12
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2010 European Business Aviation Award, which will be presented during EBACE2010. The award is intended to honor individuals and/or companies who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of business aviation in Europe, and is presented each year to one or more individuals. The award committee will review and select appropriate recipients based on nominations that must include a letter introducing the nominee and explaining why he or she is proposed; the nominee's professional biography or resume; and optional additional letters of reference or other supporting documents. Atlanta to Host NBAA's Flagship Convention This October
Atlanta, GA will host the NBAA 63rd Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2010), "Where Business Aviation Powers Business," from October 19 to 21, 2010. Over 1,000 Exhibiting Companies from around the world are expected to showcase their products and services in more than one million square feet of exhibit space at the Georgia World Congress Center. More than 100 business aircraft are anticipated for the Static Display of Aircraft at DeKalb Peachtree Airport. Regional Forum Had Excellent Turnout in Van Nuys, Next Travels to Teterboro
Over 1,100 business aviation professionals attended the March 11 NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum held in Van Nuys, CA, where they heard NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen provide an update on issues affecting business aviation, as well as the incredible humanitarian efforts made by business aircraft operators following the devastating earthquake in Haiti. The event attracted 70 indoor Exhibitors and nearly 20 aircraft from Dassault, Cessna, Bombardier, Embraer, Hawker Beechcraft, Piaggio, Gulfstream and Piper. NBAA's Regional Forums are day-long learning and peer networking venues designed to meet the needs of regional business aviation communities.
