NBAA2010: Where Business Aviation Powers Business
Atlanta, GA will host the NBAA 63rd Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2010), the world's biggest business aviation marketplace, on October 19 to 21, 2010. Over 1,000 Exhibiting Companies from around the world are expected to showcase their products and services in more than one million square feet of exhibit space at the Georgia World Congress Center. Discounted Three-Year Contract Offer Deadline Is Today
As previously announced, for the first time, NBAA is offering a discounted three-year contract price for Exhibitors that commit to exhibiting at NBAA2010, NBAA2011 and NBAA2012 in the same or larger space. By submitting applications and payments for NBAA2010 by today – Friday, February 26 – and agreeing to a three-year contract, Exhibitors will still qualify for the 2009 rate for all three years. Exhibitors that submit a single-year contract payment by today's deadline will receive a discount off the full NBAA2010 rate. Help NBAA Celebrate 10 Years of EBACE This May in Geneva
The European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE), jointly hosted each year by NBAA and the European Business Aviation Association, takes shape as a three-day event in Geneva and features exhibits, static aircraft and education sessions, all located at the magnificent Geneva Palexpo and Geneva International Airport. EBACE Exhibitors Invited to Update Show Guide Listings Online
Company listings for the EBACE2010 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies are now available online. Exhibiting Companies are encouraged to review and update their company information by March 19 to be included in the print edition of the guide. EBACE2010 Participants: Beware of Unauthorized Solicitations
In recent weeks, EBACE2010 Exhibitors may have received a letter and form from Construct Data Publishers, a.s., requesting that Exhibitors update listings for the "Exhibitors Directory for Fairs & Exhibitions." This is not an official EBACE publication, and the company has no affiliation with EBACE, EBAA or NBAA; by completing these forms, Exhibitors are agreeing to place paid listings in the directory. The official show guide for EBACE2010 is the EBACE2010 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies. Similarly, be advised that HH Events is the exclusive housing company for EBACE2010, and Exhibitors and Attendees should be wary of other companies making the same claim. Call for Nominations: 2010 European Business Aviation Award
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2010 European Business Aviation Award, which will be presented during EBACE2010. The award is intended to honor individuals and/or companies who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of business aviation in Europe, and is presented each year to one or more individuals. The award committee will review and select appropriate recipients based on nominations that must include a letter introducing the nominee and explaining why he or she is proposed; the nominee's professional biography or resume; and optional additional letters of reference or other supporting documents. The NBAA 18th Annual Leadership Conference was held this week from February 24 to 25 in San Diego, CA, under the theme "Beyond People, Planes and Passion."
