Orlando Will Host Next NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention: Oct. 6–8, 2008
NBAA's 61st Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2008) will take place next year in Orlando, FL on Monday, October 6 through Wednesday, October 8. NBAA2008 will continue to build on the enormous success of NBAA2007, which had 32,088 Attendees and a record total of 1,152 Exhibitors, in addition to a sold-out Static Display. NBAA Announces Static Display, Exhibit Hall Locales
Next year, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL) once again will host the NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention. With over one million square feet of exhibit space, the spectacular north and south halls of the OCCC will accommodate NBAA2008 indoor exhibits and Information Sessions. As one of the preeminent general aviation airports in the country, Orlando Executive Airport has graciously agreed to provide space for the NBAA2008 Static Display, where Attendees can view over 100 state-of-the-art aircraft. Next year's Annual Meeting & Convention will take place on October 6 through October 8.

Act Now to Reserve Booth Space for Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference
Booth spaces are selling fast for NBAA's 19th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, which will be held from January 29 to February 1, 2008, at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center in Georgia. NBAA expects over 2,400 to attend the Conference, and 350 Exhibitors have already registered. The event provides a forum for schedulers and dispatchers from across the country to meet, network and share industry best practices. A number of Information Sessions will address current needs and issues for the profession. NBAA S&D Conference On-Site Publication Offers Sponsorship Opportunity
When NBAA Dispatch Daily was launched in 2007 as the official daily Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference publication, it was enthusiastically received by Attendees and Exhibitors alike. Advertising Space Available for S&D Conference Show Program
The 19th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference Show Program & Directory of Exhibiting Companies offers companies several advertising opportunities. The 2008 Show Program is distributed to Conference Attendees along with their credentials, and includes pertinent information relative to exhibits, sessions, social gatherings and other events. The publication helps familiarize visitors with the happenings at NBAA's largest annual seminar. Advertising insertion orders are due December 7, and the deadline for artwork is December 19. NBAA to Host Five Regional Forums in 2008
NBAA will host several Business Aviation Regional Forums across the country next year. The 2008 U.S. lineup includes: San Antonio, TX, March 27; Las Vegas, NV, April 24; Dayton, OH, June 26; and Bedford, MA, September 10. In addition, the ABACE Forum on February 14 in Hong Kong will address the needs of the Asian business aviation community. The Association provides several Regional Forums each year to bring business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel together for one-day events at some of the best airports and FBOs around the world. Don't Miss the First NBAA Regional Forum of 2008
NBAA will host its next Regional Forum on March 27, 2008, at San Antonio International Airport (SAT) in San Antonio, TX. The event is a one-day learning and networking experience designed to meet the needs of the regional business aviation community, and to provide an introduction to local business leaders interested in learning more about business aviation. The San Antonio forum will feature a Static Display of Aircraft and dozens of exhibits, and the Federal Aviation Administration's Air Traffic Control (ATC) management personnel will be available to answer questions on ATC policies and procedures in the Southwest region. Sponsorships Now Available for 2008 ABACE Forum
Several sponsorship opportunities are now available for the 2008 ABACE Forum, which will take place in Hong Kong on February 14, 2008, at the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre. Hundreds of Attendees are expected at the one-day event featuring business aviation's top vendors, industry leaders and experts from around the world as they join together with the emerging Asian market. Volunteers and Sponsors Made Atlanta Park Build a Success
Last September, in conjunction with NBAA2007, and in honor of NBAA's 60th anniversary and Georgia's centennial of flight, the Association joined KaBOOM!, The Home Depot, many Member Companies and the local community around Fulton County Airport-Brown Field (FTY) to build an aviation-themed playground for the children at Margaret Fain Elementary School in Atlanta. The completed playground is 7,400 square feet – an area large enough to park 50 cars – and features two playground areas, an outdoor classroom with benches and chalkboards, an airplane-shaped sandbox and a community garden. EBACE2008 Show Guide Advertising Orders Now Being Accepted
Advertising orders are now being accepted for the 8th Annual European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2008) Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies. The three-day event, which will return to Geneva PALEXPO and Geneva International Airport next year from May 20 to 22, is the preeminent forum for the European business aviation community to find products and services from the world's top vendors. NBAA Announces Sponsorship Opportunities for 2008 Tax Committee Seminars
NBAA is currently offering sponsorships in conjunction with several 2008 events supported by the Association's Tax Committee. The events include the NBAA Regulatory & Operational Hot Topics Forum on February 22, 2008 in Fort Lauderdale, FL; the NBAA Business Aviation Taxes Forum on May 30, 2008, in New York, NY; and the NBAA 17th Annual Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference in October 2008 in Orlando, FL. San Antonio to Host 2008 Leadership Conference in February
NBAA's 2008 Leadership Conference will be held February 27 and 28 in San Antonio, TX. Offering many educational sessions and networking opportunities, the annual event is designed for members of the business aviation community who wish to hone their management and leadership skills. Save the Date: International Operators Conference, Mar. 10–13
San Antonio also will host NBAA's 35th Annual International Operators Conference on March 10 through 13. The four-day Conference will feature Information Sessions on flight safety, security, efficiency and regulation. Make Plans to Attend 2008 Maintenance Management Conference
NBAA's Maintenance Management Conference is business aviation's only event dedicated to aircraft maintenance and technical operations management. The three-day Conference will be held next year from April 15 to 17, in Daytona Beach, FL. Attendees are business aviation professionals with management responsibilities and purchasing authority for aircraft maintenance, technical operations and hangar facilities compliance. 13th Annual Flight Attendant Conference Set for Tucson
NBAA recently has announced the dates for next year's 13th Annual Flight Attendant Conference, which will take place on June 27 and 28 in Tucson, AZ at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort. The two-day event is the best educational and networking opportunity for business aviation flight attendants, and is designed to benefit flight attendants, flight technicians and other flight department professionals, covering issues such as cabin safety and security, aircraft passenger service, catering and professional development.
