Janine K. Iannarelli, Founder and President of Par Avion Ltd.
Janine K. Iannarelli established Par Avion Ltd. in 1997 in Houston, Texas. She has more than 30 years of business aviation experience and a wealth of experience in cross-border aircraft transactions, and is routinely sought out for informed commentary on aircraft transactions, trends and other business-aviation-related issues. She has been quoted in news and feature stories in many media outlets, including Bloomberg Business News, Bloomberg Pursuits, Aviation International News, Aviation Week, Houston Public Media Radio (a National Public Radio affiliate), the local TV affiliates for ABC, Fox and The CW, Reuters, The Record, The Dallas Morning News, The Houston Business Journal, The Houston Chronicle, The Wichita Eagle and The Wichita Business Journal.

Iannarelli is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), Women in Aviation International, and the American Marketing Association. In February 2016 Ms. Iannarelli was invited to serve on the EBAA Associate Member’s Sales and Acquisition committee providing expert input on international sales transactions. She regularly attends industry–related seminars and conferences sponsored by the NBAA, EBAA, Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA), various manufacturers and aviation product vendors. She is a regular attendee of industry trade and air shows, among which is the Paris Air Show, which focuses on military, commercial and business aviation. In addition, she serves regularly as a panelist and presenter at industry events that focus on current valuations and trends in the new and preowned global marketplace for aircraft.
In January 2016 Iannarelli was reappointed to and named presiding officer by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Aerospace and Aviation Advisory Committee for which she was originally appointed by former Governor Rick Perry.
Since 2010, Iannarelli has served as a blogger for AVBuyer.com, contributing personal perspectives on business aviation. In 2013, KRIV Fox 26 TV’s Lone Star Spirit segment recognized Iannarelli for continuing to support Houston-area charities, in spite of challenging economic times. She was featured on the cover of the November/December 2013 edition of Aviation for Women Magazine. Awards and recognition include being named a Great Woman of Texas by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2011; named by the Texas Women’s Chamber of Commerce as one of the final four for the Texas Business Woman of the Year, April 2016; one of three inducted into the Aviation Hall of Fame of New Jersey, September 2016; named among the “99” finalists for inclusion to the National Aviation Hall of Fame of Dayton, Ohio, September 2016; honored by Texas Executive Women as a Woman on the Move November 2016; and is among those named by Enterprising Women Magazine as a 2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Champion.
A 1983 graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey, Iannarelli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in psychology.
