SMS Toolkit Workshop
In order to participate in the SMS Toolkit Workshop, attendees must have an understanding of the basic principles of safety management systems. This can be obtained through attending the Introduction to SMS Workshop or other formal SMS training.
About the Presenter
Both workshops will be presented by Steve Witowski, manager of the ARGUS PRISM program, a suite of services designed to assist operators with the SMS implementation process. Steve has provided SMS execution and support to over 130 flight operations. In addition, Steve has presented at regional safety days and the Corporate Aviation Safety Seminar (CASS). He is a graduate of numerous Naval Postgraduate School courses, including aviation safety officer and aviation safety command training.
IS-BAO and SMS Toolkit
Participants are expected to bring their own copy of the SMS Toolkit. The Toolkit is included with purchase of the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) and may also be ordered as a stand alone product. Attendees that have not purchased IS-BAO or the SMS Toolkit may do so during the online registration process.
