What Others Are Saying

The Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference is an exceptional marketing opportunity for companies that offer business aviation products and service. See what conference exhibitors and attendees have said about the event.

Essential Face-to-Face Time.

“The efficient layout of the exhibit floor at SDC has allowed for us to obtain quality one-on-one attention from business partners and potential vendors. The ability to get actual business done at the conference has proven to be not only helpful, but extremely valuable.”
Ann Widay, Qualcomm Inc.

Valuable Networking.

“SDC is unlike any other conference and is by far the best planned event that I attend all year. It gives me the opportunity to meet with so many of my customers, and provides an unmatched forum for schedulers and dispatchers to learn the latest in the industry and share best practices.”
Scott Morris, World Fuel Services

Business Development Opportunity.

“We‘re a pretty small organization, but growing. Being able to have direct access to decision makers and a presence on the exhibit floor allows me to better understand the scheduler profile; and as a result, enhance my business and strengthen relationships through networking and access to S&D education sessions.”
Eve Gregory, C&S Wholesale Grocers

Exhibitor Benefit: Company Profiles

The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference Program and Directory of Exhibiting Companies contains company profiles, as well as information about conference exhibits, sessions and social gatherings. Exhibitors are provided one complimentary company listing per booth space. Exhibitors are listed alphabetically in both the print and electronic editions of the Conference Program and Directory, along with their booth number, company address, phone, fax, web, email address and a 50-word description of the company’s products or services, as well as in a maximum of five Buyer’s Guide categories per exhibitor. Exhibitors will be receiving log-in credentials to access the Conference Program and Directory database to update their company profiles online with their booth confirmation. Exhibitors are responsible for entering and reviewing their company profiles online by November 14, 2014, to ensure inclusion in the print edition of the Conference Program and Directory. Additional listings for co-exhibitors are available for $250 each. Additional listings must be paid for in advance. For additional information about this publication, contact NBAA’s Dina Green at

Exhibitors Are Attendees Too!

Don’t miss out on the numerous opportunities for professional development at the Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference. Exhibit personnel are encouraged to attend the scheduled education sessions as well as pre- and post-conference courses; these courses typically have a separate registration fee. At SDC2015, the professional development content will focus on leadership and innovation for business aviation professionals with an emphasis on the role frontline personnel have in emergency response. There will be a general session each morning on Wednesday and Thursday that exhibitors are encouraged to attend for their own professional development.
