The premier event for schedulers and dispatchers and the suppliers who support this critical role in successful flight department management, NBAA's Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference, which will be held from Jan. 22 to 25, 2013, at the San Antonio Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX, will provide NBAA Members an opportunity to meet the individuals who are directly responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of aircraft at flight departments of all sizes throughout the world. Expanded Training Initiative Program Featured at S&D Conference

The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference Training Initiative (CTI) will return to this year's event Jan. 22 to 25 in San Antonio, TX with an expanded seminar program focusing on risk management and the increasing financial responsibilities of the S&D position. For 2013, the CTI program consists of 12 sessions, twice the number of offerings in 2012. Eight sessions have been selected to help the scheduler and dispatcher focus on risk-management issues, while the remaining four programs aim to assist the scheduler and dispatcher in their responsibilities related to tax issues. S&D Conference Welcomes First-Time Attendees

First-time Attendees at NBAA's 2013 Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference will be warmly welcomed and have access to assistance when they arrive at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX, on Jan. 22 thanks to a network of volunteer Ambassadors and a number of events designed specifically for first-time Attendees. "This educational and informative meeting is one of the best NBAA has to offer," said Jo Damato, NBAA director of educational development & strategy. "It's a wonderful immersion in the business aviation industry, and first-timers will quickly feel as comfortable as S&D show veterans because of our Ambassador program and the many opportunities to learn and network."
