First-Time Attendee Program

To help first-time Attendees maximize the values of the Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, there is a First-Time Attendee Program, which kicks off Tuesday afternoon, January 26, prior to the opening reception. The meeting starts with a short mixer, followed by an overview with helpful tips to get the most out of your Conference experience.

If this is your first Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, be sure to answer “YES” when asked if you are a first-time Attendee during the online registration process.

Ambassador Volunteer Program

Ask anyone who’s been to the Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference: our volunteers are the key to our success! The Ambassador Volunteer Program helps ensure the smooth operation of the Confernece, and helps guide first-time Attendees. With over 2,000 Attendees expected this year, it is even more vital that we have your help. Take advantage of this opportunity and help give back to the Conference by answering “YES” during the registration to be an Ambassador Volunteer.
