This course is designed to review the methods and knowledge required to determine the level of staffing needed and arrange for job-related training for aviation department personnel. The course will provide a thorough overview of issues and techniques for effectively staffing an aviation department, such as company policies, industry standards and workload review. Course participants will also discuss employee training requirements, strategies fore measuring training effectiveness and how to review internal and external training programs.
This course fulfills NBAA PDP Objectives HR1 and HR2.
