NBAA PDP Course: Goal Achievement and Performance Reviews

Goal-setting has been touted as one of the primary paths to achievement, and performance evaluations can be the most effective way to increase productivity. This course will cover a variety of ways to accomplish goals and strengthen employee development through structured goal setting, managing difficult discussions and demystifying the apprehensions and barriers associated with performance evaluations.
This course meets NBAA PDP Objectives L2 and HR5.
