Flight department staff and aviation service providers will learn tools and techniques to elevate their department’s service culture, increase customer satisfaction levels and improve teamwork amongst internal customers, all in an effort to support the organizational mission to enhance product and service value to their passengers and customers.

This course meets NBAA PDP Leadership Objective L3.

This course is held in conjunction with NBAA’s 2018 Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference.
