Presented by Dr. Shari Frisinger, CornerStone Strategies LLC
Held in conjunction with the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA2014).
Performance evaluations are your most effective employee engagement tool. Whether they're used for raises or for personal/professional development, performance evaluations can strengthen and improve skill sets. However, it is important to avoid common pitfalls so that your performance reviews are ultimately meaningful and valuable.
This course will help you minimize repeated performance failures, communicate the significance of each crewmember's contribution and incorporate a system to assess each member’s performance. You will also receive checklists and forms for employee development, goal setting and performance management strategies. Supplemental materials, either hardcopy or electronic, will be provided for your use after the session.
This course meets NBAA Human Resources Objective 5.
