NBAA PDP Course: Building, Coordinating and Developing a Flight Department Team

Flight Department leaders can motivate people and transform a common team into a great one. Although good technical skills influence credibility, it’s leadership ability that can get people with complementary skills to work together effectively as a team. The focus of this course is building sources of expertise within and outside of the company and department, building strategies to capture information, defining department goals and using project management strategies to reach those goals. The course will also focus attention on how to communicate horizontally and vertically to achieve goals and how to coordinate and motivate a team.

This course fulfills NBAA PDP Objective BM6.
