NBAA’s Convention Boosts Orlando’s Economy

When an expected 25,000 business aviation industry professionals descend on Orlando, FL, October 16-18 for the 2018 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), the influx of attendees and exhibitors will contribute greatly to the area’s economy.

“The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) has found a true partner in the leaders of the prestigious NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition,” said Jessie Allen, the center’s interim executive director. “The relationship we’ve built with NBAA always results in an outstanding and world-class business aviation event for exhibitors and attendees alike. We are proud to welcome this event to Orlando, and showcase everything the ‘Center of Hospitality’ and the hospitality community has to offer.”

Ranked as one of the largest trade shows in the United States, NBAA-BACE brings together current and prospective aircraft owners, manufacturers and customers into one meeting place to survey the latest aviation product offerings, network with peers and accomplish critical work.

NBAA-BACE will feature more than 1,000 exhibits and two static aircraft displays, as well as more 50 educational seminars. Along with the large indoor static display at the OCCC convention hall, a large outdoor static display at Orlando Executive Airport will present the very latest in business aviation aircraft, easily reached from the convention center by frequent free shuttle bus service.
