Updated Oct. 10, 2018

As aircraft operations in the Orlando, FL area are expected to temporarily increase in conjunction with the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), air traffic procedures will be in place to enhance safety and ensure that traffic continues to flow smoothly. Note that there are no slot reservations for arrivals or departures in association with NBAA-BACE.

Orlando Executive Airport (ORL) is the host airport for this year's static display of aircraft, and the airport will be open 24 hours a day. However, the control tower is not open around-the-clock. ORL tower hours will be 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily.

Air-filed flight plans and/or airborne changes of destination within 100 miles of ORL will not be accepted by Jacksonville Center or Orlando Approach Control during the convention week except in an emergency.
