Static Display Space Assignment Procedures

New for 2014: Due to limited ramp space at Orlando Executive Airport, eligibility rules are now in place for assignment of booth space before the initial priority deadline, March 10, 2014.

Static display exhibits must fall into one of the following categories:

Applications with full payments received from Category 1, 2 and 3 exhibitors by the initial priority deadline, March 10, 2014, will be assigned static display space.

Space Assignment

The assignment of each exhibit location is the sole responsibility of show management. The location of each exhibit will be based upon the overall size of the requested space, number of aircraft to be on display, size and orientation of chalets, required aircraft towing lanes, and airport operational considerations. NBAA reserves the right to change the static display layout or exhibitor's location at any time, including prior to or during NBAA2014, if NBAA, in its sole discretion, determines that such change is in the best interest of the event.

NBAA makes every effort to accommodate each applicant's preferred location. If all space preferences indicated by the applicant have been allocated, however, NBAA will assign the best available space.
