Static Display Pricing, Payments & Cancellations

The price for a 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) exhibit space at the NBAA2014 Static Display at Orlando Executive Airport is $200.

The price for chalets occupying more than 400 sq ft of exhibit space is $790 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) space.

"Tent" is defined as any canopy with a covered area less than or equal to 400 sq ft.
"Chalet" is defined as any canopy or structure with a covered area greater than 400 sq ft.

NOTE:
Any exhibitor wishing to have chalet/tent/structure space of 1,500 sq ft or more at the NBAA2014 Static Display MUST ALSO HAVE an exhibit space of at least 2,500 sq ft at the Orange County Convention Center.

Aircraft Movement Fees

LEKTRO, Inc. has been designated the official aircraft towing company for the NBAA2014 Static Display of Aircraft. Towing fees are based on the size of the aircraft and include round-trip (inbound and outbound) towing services, exhibitors will be assessed aircraft movement fees based on the following schedule.

Payment for Exhibit Space

Exhibitors must submit payments in full with their exhibit applications to secure exhibit space at the NBAA2014 Static Display of Aircraft. If NBAA does not receive payment in full with the exhibit application, exhibit space will not be assigned.

Forms of Payment

All payments for NBAA2014 should be made in U.S. dollars. Company checks and bank wire transfers are the preferred methods of payment for NBAA2014. Credit card payments are an accepted form of payment. Credit card payments received in excess of $20,000, however, will be subject to a 3% processing fee. When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee. Please be aware that due to banking delays, wires may take seven to ten days to be received by NBAA. All exhibitors and co-exhibitors must be NBAA Members in good standing and current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their exhibit space in order for space to be assigned.

Please contact NBAA’s Joe Hart at jhart@nbaa.org to secure an invoice number prior to making a bank wire transfer. Also, please indicate on the wire transfer the company name, invoice number and reference for payment (i.e., static display space).

Withdrawal, Cancellations & Exhibit Space Reductions

There are no refunds or transfers of payments for cancellations and/or reductions in exhibit space at any time. Exhibitors must submit payments in full by March 10, 2014, on a non-refundable and non-transferrable basis to retain exhibit space.
