NBAA Web Resources Help Users Speak Out About Value of Business Aviation
November 1, 2012
NBAA’s Lisa Piccione, senior vice president, legislative affairs, says it’s crucial that everyone make their voices heard about the importance of business aviation. That’s why NBAA created a page on its web site called Election 2012 that enables visitors to go through a four-step process to ensure that legislators are clear about the issues that business aviation users care about most. The web site provides information about where congressional and gubernatorial candidates stand on aviation issues and the state executives who have issued proclamations recognizing aviation. Another valuable tool on this page is the NBAA Contact Congress resource that helps visitors prepare a personalized e-mail telling their congressional representatives about the value of business aviation.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
