Year 3 of Three-Year Contract paid in full by February 17, 2012
$2,345 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) Exhibit Space
Single-Year Contract paid in full on or before February 17, 2012

Year Three of Three-Year Contract Exhibit Price

Only Exhibiting Companies that submitted Applications/Contracts and payments in full for NBAA2010 on or before February 26, 2010, are eligible for this pricing. The 2012 price is $2,345 per 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) Exhibit Space reserved, provided Exhibitor maintains the same size Exhibit Space they had in 2010. Reductions in Exhibit Space will negate the three-year pricing offer, and will result in the Exhibiting Company being obligated to pay the adjusted, higher One-Year Exhibit Space rate for 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Single-Year Contract Received by February 17, 2012

The price for each 10 ft by 10 ft Exhibit Space is $2,600, provided application/contract and payment in full are received by February 17, 2012 . Exhibitors must submit payments in full with completed Exhibit Application/Contract by February 17, 2012 . If payment in full is not received with the Exhibit Application/Contract by the February 17, 2012, deadline, Exhibitor will forfeit assigned Exhibit Space.

Contract Received after February 17, 2012, Exhibit Price

For all Exhibit Applications/Contracts received after the February 17 deadline date, the Exhibit price for each 10 ft by 10 ft (100 sq ft) Exhibit Space is $2,650.

Orange County Convention Center Outdoor Static Display Exhibit Price

For Exhibit Applications/Contracts received by February 17, 2012 , the Exhibit price is $1.90 per sq ft of Exhibit Space. Please note that additional fees may apply to any Aircraft that must be towed to the Convention Center from the Airport. Aircraft on display at the OCCC may need to be moved in one week prior to the Show's start (Tuesday, October 23).

Withdrawal, Cancellation & Exhibit Space Reductions

There are no refunds or transfers of payments for cancellations and/or reductions in Exhibit Space at any time. Exhibitors must submit payments in full by February 17, 2012 , on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis to retain Exhibit Space.

Payment for Exhibit Space

Exhibitors must submit payment in full with their Exhibit Application/Contract to secure Exhibit Space. If NBAA does not receive payment in full with the Exhibit Application/Contract, Exhibit Space will not be assigned.

Forms of Payment

All payments for NBAA2012 should be made in U.S. dollars. Company checks and bank wire transfers are the preferred methods of payment for NBAA2012. Credit card payments are an accepted form of payment. Credit card payments received in excess of $20,000, however, will be subject to a 3% processing fee. When payments are made by wire transfer, please include a $30 wire processing fee. Please be aware that due to banking delays wires may take seven to ten days to be received by NBAA. All Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors must be Members in good standing and current on all accounts with NBAA and paid in full for their Exhibit Space in order for space to be assigned.

Also, please indicate on the wire transfer the Company name, invoice number and reference for payment (i.e., Exhibit Space, Static Display Space, Sponsorship, Show Guide Advertising, Registration, etc.).

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
