NBAA2012 Networking Reception
A captive audience of thousands will obtain a sneak preview of the NBAA Show on Monday, October 29, while socializing and enjoying refreshments at the Orange County Convention Center. NBAA does the planning, but the Sponsors receive all the promotional credit.
“You Are Here” Convention Center Floor DisplayWith the ever-increasing size of the NBAA Show, Attendees require better assistance in maneuvering around the Convention Center. Therefore, we are placing numerous “You Are Here” displays with Convention floor plans for guidance. Your company’s message can be featured on these frequently-used displays at numerous high-traffic areas on the NBAA Exhibit Floor. Prospective Sponsors may call NBAA for actual display locations.
Convention Tote Bags
Attendees literally carry your message all over the Convention Center, in the lobbies of the Convention hotels, at the Static Display of Aircraft, through airports on their return home and on future travels. Additional expenses could be incurred if more than two colors are used in printing.
NBAA 65th Annual Meeting & Convention Pocket Agenda
Attendees repeatedly refer to this four-panel, four-color, pocket-sized daily Agenda of events during the three full days of the Convention. Your company’s logo is placed on the front, and the back panel carries your advertising message.
Convention Center Floor Plan
Guide Attendees directly to your Exhibit by using the back side of the Floor Plan to promote your company’s products or services. Be one step ahead of other Exhibitors by attracting potential buyers to your Booth each time they use the Floor Plan to navigate the aisles of the Exhibit Floor. In addition, whenever Attendees hold up their Floor Plan for reference, they will provide a billboard of your advertisement for those Attendees in close proximity.
Static Display Shuttle Buses
It’s a short ride to the NBAA Static Display of Aircraft at the Orlando Executive Airport. Gain the attention of those Attendees riding the bus to the airport by marketing your products or services with signage outside the buses. A full-size ribbon running from front to back on both sides of the bus is included, so Convention Attendees will see your promotional message around the city.
Static Display Map
Your Company can sponsor the map of Static Display Exhibitors on Orlando Executive Airport that is distributed to all Attendees visiting the Display at NBAA2012. Your ad will be featured on the back of the map.
Hotel Shuttle Buses
When Attendees travel from their hotels to the Orange County Convention Center, they enthusiastically anticipate the sight of acres of business aviation products and services on display in the Exhibit Halls. Your product or service can be featured on the shuttle buses that transport potential buyers from their hotels to the Convention Center. Upon arrival at the NBAA2012, customers will beat a path to your Booth. Sponsorship includes a full-size ribbon running from front to back on both sides of each bus.
NBAA Chairman's Charity Classic Golf Tournament
With hundreds of golfers, this year's NBAA Chairman's Charity Classic Golf Tournament will feature numerous quality sponsorships. All sponsorships include recognition on the sponsorship banner at the course and most packages include player positions in the tournament.
We realize how difficult it is to spend time away from the office, so NBAA provides two Internet Cafes to help keep Attendees connected. We’re offering a comfortable place, where Attendees can check and send e-mail during Show hours. Sponsors will connect with their customers by supporting the NBAA Internet Cafes. Two Internet Cafes are available for Sponsorship. At the Convention Center, a free-standing structure designed to NBAA specifications is built to include: 14 to 16 computers with Internet access, one printer, a small table and four chairs. In the Registration area at the Static Display, a similar modular structure is built to include: 4 to 6 computers with Internet access and a printer. Sponsors of the Internet Cafe are featured in the header panel of the structure, and their web page is established as the home page on all computers. Sponsors are listed in the Show Guide and on all Sponsorship signage at the Event. Sponsors can have staff on site at the Internet Cafes and can place literature on the countertops near the computers. Internet Cafes are open and available to all Attendees during Show hours. Technical support is provided by NBAA.
NBAA/CAN Charity Benefit Gala Reception
One of the highlights of the NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention is the NBAA/CAN Charity Benefit on Wednesday, October 31. Rather than spending a great deal of money on individual customer events, invite your customers to the Charity Benefit to support the charitable works of CAN and to network with over 1,500 business aviation professionals.
A meeting place for national and international business aviation press, the NBAA Press Room provides a work and hospitality area for journalists to gather information, swap observations and network. The Sponsor's logos and signs are displayed prominently. All refreshments and equipment are included in the Sponsorship.
For convenience in wearing registration badges, lanyards will be supplied to Attendees along with their credentials. The stylish lanyards at this year’s NBAA Convention can include your Company's name and logo.
NBAA Information Centers serve as an aid for wandering Attendees, and will be staffed by personnel briefed on where to find specific Exhibitors, Education Sessions, shuttle bus locations, Convention Center facilities, restaurants and other general information. Strategically located around the Show Floor, the NBAA Information Centers provide great exposure for your Company’s promotional message. Prospective Sponsors may call NBAA for actual locations.

All trash bins located on the Exhibit Floor will feature your Company’s ad — you provide the artwork, we provide the rest.
Water at Static Display
Your company will be front and center as Attendees enter the Static Display of Aircraft at Orlando Executive Airport. We provide the perfect location and three large containers for your ice. Your Company provides everything else (water, ice, etc.)
NBAA Block Hotel Key Cards, Door Drops & Video Feeds
Items such as hotel key cards, door drops and video feeds at NBAA block hotels require prior approval from NBAA. Please obtain an approval letter from NBAA prior to finalizing any plans with hotels. The NBAA2012 logo must appear on each item. All costs associated with any such Sponsorship will be your company’s responsibility. Additionally, a $5,000 approval/logo fee will be charged by NBAA over and above the item cost.
Banners and Signage
A variety of billboard banners, window clings, kiosk and other signage opportunities are available at both the Convention Center and Static Display. Get your message out to the 25,000 + Attendees at NBAA2012.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
