Southern California Group Holding Safety Event Oct. 8
The Southern California Aviation Association (SCAA) and its Safety Committee are holding a roundtable event on Oct. 8 in Van Nuys, CA, featuring Southern California ATC facilities including Southern California TRACON. Minnesota Group Holding Meeting Oct. 14
The Minnesota Business Aviation Association (MBAA) will hold a luncheon meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at the Best Western Plus, 1901 Killebrew Dr., Bloomington, MN starting at 11:30 a.m. MSP Aero will sponsor the meeting, which will include a presentation by personnel from MSP Tower and Minneapolis Center. Fundamentals of IS-BAO Workshop Coming to Atlanta, Oct. 13
The International Business Aviation Council is offering a Fundamentals of IS-BAO Workshop on Oct. 13 at the Flight Safety International facility in Atlanta, GA. This workshop assists operators with their International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) implementation efforts and provides a practical approach to managing a safety management system based on ICAO principles. The Southern California Aviation Associations’ (SCAA) Mentor Committee is hosting an event on Oct. 19 in Long Beach, CA, which will introduce students into a variety of careers available in the business aviation industry.
