The NBAA Compensation Survey is an indispensable business tool to help NBAA members create and run the most effective and efficient flight departments. Conducted annually, this industry survey provides a comprehensive review of aviation department personnel salaries and benefits to help member companies better evaluate their flight departments and benchmark compensation against industry peers.

The 2018 Compensation Survey participation period has closed. NBAA has begun its formal audit of survey data and is compiling the final results tables. Results will be available online to survey participants and for purchase by non-participants in August 2018.
