The NBAA Compensation Survey is an indispensable business tool to help NBAA members create and run the most effective and efficient flight departments. Conducted annually, this industry survey provides a comprehensive review of aviation department personnel salaries and benefits to help member companies better evaluate their flight departments.
Deadline Extended: The deadline for the 2017 NBAA Compensation Survey has been extended to Friday, March 3. NBAA member companies are encouraged to participate by providing salary and benefit information for Part 91 flight department personnel. Begin the survey now.
All NBAA member companies that operate aircraft are eligible to participate in the survey. Only NBAA member representatives, or those designated by the member representative, may enter survey data.
