Compensation Survey

The NBAA Compensation Survey is an indispensable business tool to help NBAA members create and run the most effective and efficient flight departments. Conducted annually, this industry survey provides a comprehensive review of aviation department personnel salaries and benefits to help member companies better evaluate their flight departments and benchmark compensation against industry peers.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: The 2018 NBAA Compensation Survey participation period has been extended an additional week. NBAA member companies are encouraged to participate by providing salary and benefit information for Part 91 flight department personnel. The final deadline to complete the 2018 survey is Friday, March 9, 2018. Begin the survey now.

    Only NBAA member representatives, or their designated alternate contacts, at companies that operate aircraft may enter survey data. Companies that operate primarily under Part 135 are not eligible to participate. Participants will receive free online access to survey results once compiled.
