Vice President, Sales, Embraer Executive Jets
Bob Knebel’s extensive experience in the business aviation industry is largely in sales, where he has led teams at Gates Learjet, Cessna, Beech and now, Embraer Executive Jets. Today, he is vice president-sales North America, and leads a team of nine highly experienced sales professionals located in key regions across the continent. His background, however, includes important experience in aircraft distributor networks.
Prior to joining Embraer, Knebel was vice president of sales for Flexjet, the fractional aircraft division of Bombardier Aerospace, where he was instrumental in bringing the company to its first profitability, increasing sales by 300% and growing market share by 50%. He is recognized in the industry for his broad-based sales and marketing accomplishments in the business and general aviation industry. He is known for his pioneering efforts in fostering customer advocacy and customer relations management. In addition, his technical expertise comes from familiarity in all areas of new aircraft development, certification, manufacturing and support.
