  • Dominica
  • Grenada
  • Guyana
  • Jamaica
  • St. Kitts and Nevis
  • St. Lucia
  • St. Vincent and the Grenadines
  • Trinidad and Tobago

Operators must adhere to the following timeline for submission of the required APIS data:

Private Aircraft

  • Arrival: No later than 30 minutes before departure for a CAIRCOM destination
  • Departure: No later than 30 minutes before departure from a destination within CAIRCOM to a destination either within or outside of CAIRCOM

Commercial Aircraft

  • Arrival: No later than 15 minutes after departure for a CAIRCOM destination
  • Departure: No later than 15 minutes after departure from a destination within CAIRCOM to a destination either within or outside of CAIRCOM

Methods of Transmission

CARICOM has developed an electronic APIS (e-APIS) system that operators may utilize to submit required data. Specific information on this system can be found by visiting the CARICOM website. In addition, operators often utilize international service providers or web based services to manage APIS transmissions.
