Four New Directors Join CAM Governing Board

Orlando, FL, October 30, 2012 – The National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA’s) Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) Governing Board added four new directors at its annual business meeting today during NBAA’s 65th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2012) in Orlando, FL.
Charles Booker, captain and safety program manager for The Coca-Cola Company, and Elizabeth Clark, executive director of Women in Corporate Aviation International, were both elected to their first term on the governing board. The group also appointed two new members: Dr. MaryJo Smith, assistant professor of aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Blair Robson, manager of aviation maintenance for ExxonMobil.
Additionally, Kellie Rittenhouse, director of aviation services for Hangar Aviation Management, was re-elected to a second three-year term.
Earlier this year, the CAM Governing Board’s three officers were re-elected to their current roles: Scott Rose of PepsiCo will continue to serve as chairman; Fred Adams of Basin Electric Power Cooperative will continue as vice chairman; and Mark Chaney of Coca-Cola Bottling Company will continue as secretary and treasurer.
The CAM Governing Board is responsible for overseeing and maintaining NBAA's Certified Aviation Manager program. It seeks to measure and recognize knowledge and experience in the qualities essential for business aviation leadership.
