PCAT Safety Smackdown Cooperative Training Model

The Partnership for Corporate Aviation Training (PCAT) has developed a unique safety training program using resources at the local level. In the PCAT Safety Smackdown model, flight departments within a particular region share their experience and train each other on a peer-to-peer level, providing access to high-quality safety training in a low-cost, efficient way.
