Record-Breaking EBACE2011 Set for Next Week
Being held from May 17 to 19 in Geneva, Switzerland, the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2011) is already on track to be
the biggest EBACE ever, with more than 481 Exhibitors. Registration is also 15 percent ahead of last year's total at a week out from the show. With
time still left for prospective Exhibitors to reserve space, more are on board for this year's show than exhibited at either EBACE2010 or the
record-setting EBACE2008, which had 445 Exhibitors. Exhibitors that have already signed on will occupy a record 2,074 booth spaces, exceeding the

Free Safety Workshop Offered in Conjunction With
EBACE
All those involved with business aviation are invited to attend a European Business Aviation Safety Workshop being held in conjunction with EBACE2011
on Monday, May 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Geneva Palexpo Hall 1, Meeting Room K. The event will focus on the main safety challenges faced by
companies relying on business aviation in the European region. This free event is open to all – including those who are not registered to

NBAA, AsBAA to Provide Update on ABACE2012 During EBACE
Next week during EBACE, NBAA and the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) will convene a news conference to provide an update on the
preparations underway for the 2012 Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2012). Reporters and others are welcome to attend the
news conference, which will take place on Monday, May 16 at 2:30 p.m. local time in La Panoramique above Geneva Palexpo Hall 7. Planned speakers are
NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen and AsBAA Chairman Jean-Noel Robert. Others on-hand will include representatives of Shanghai Airport Authority and
Shanghai Hawker Pacific Business Aviation Service Centre, as well as ABACE2012 international partners: Don Spruston of the International Business

Reserve Your ABACE2012 Space in Geneva
For the first time ever at an NBAA-hosted event, the Association will make exhibit space assignments for the Asian Business Aviation Conference &
Exhibition while on-site at EBACE2011. During next week's show, NBAA staff located at the ABACE stand (#1831 in Hall 5) will schedule appointments
with prospective ABACE2012 Exhibitors and work with them on their plans for that show, which will be held from February 28 to March 1, 2012, in

Following the successful Regional Forum in Dallas, NBAA will host two more Regional Forums this year at Westchester County Airport in New York on
