ABACE2007 Exhibitor Prospectus Available Online; Lottery Deadline Aug. 16
Asia opens for business aviation in 2007, with the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2007) coming to the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong on February 6 and 7, 2007, and the Japan Business Aviation Regional Forum coming to Nagoya International Airport on February 9, 2007. Help bring business aviation to Asia by exhibiting at the only business aviation events in Asia. Exhibitors are encouraged to submit their booth space applications and payment in full by the lottery deadline of August 16. NBAA2006 Returns to Orlando in Three Months
From October 17 to 19 in Orlando, FL, the NBAA 59th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2006) will feature the products and services of more than 1,100 Exhibitors in nearly one million square feet of exhibit space at the Orange County Convention Center. In addition, more than 110 aircraft will be on display at Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), and a comprehensive schedule of Informational Sessions will address timely issues affecting the business aviation community. Exhibitor Badge Registration and Mailing Service
NBAA is pleased to offer the convenience of online badge registration to NBAA2006 Exhibitors. All Exhibitors will receive a user ID and password to access the web-based registration system. Exhibitors are asked to register all personnel online by October 2. If the registration is completed online by October 2, NBAA will mail Exhibitor badges to one company representative. Badges are scheduled for mailing between August 1 and October 2. Badges not mailed can be collected at the registration area in Orlando; Exhibitor Registration is located in the South Concourse at the Orange County Convention Center. Show Guide Advertising Insertion Orders Due. Aug. 4
The NBAA2006 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies will be distributed to Attendees at the Convention with their credentials. The Show Guide is helpful in familiarizing visitors with the happenings at the year's most important international business aviation event and provides many advertising opportunities. Advertisers in the 2006 NBAA Directory of Member Companies, Aircraft & Personnel are eligible to receive a 15-percent discount on their advertisement in the NBAA2006 Show Guide. Insertion orders are due by August 4, and artwork is due no later than August 18. For more information, visit:

Update Show Guide Profiles Online Until Jul. 25
The NBAA2006 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies will include a schedule of events, general information pertaining to the Convention and a listing of Convention Exhibitors. Exhibitors are listed alphabetically with their booth/space number and company profile, which includes company name, address, phone and fax numbers and a description of the company products or services. Exhibitors also are listed in the Buyer's Guide section, categorized by products and services. NBAA2006 Exhibitor representatives are invited to access the online Show Guide database and to enter or update their company information, if needed. The deadline for entering or updating information online is July 25. Review and update listings online at:

More Than 800 Attend Dulles Regional Forum
About 830 people attended NBAA's Business Aviation Regional Forum held June 8 at the Landmark Aviation facility on Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The event featured a well-attended keynote speech by NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen, more than 50 Exhibitors, 20 static aircraft and several briefings of interest to the business aviation community. Following Dulles, NBAA Regional Forum Goes to Long Beach
NBAA's next Business Aviation Regional Forum will be held on November 16 at Long Beach Airport's (LGB's) AirFlite Aviation facility in California. In addition to approximately 60 Exhibitors and 30 static aircraft, this event will feature sessions about how to deal with FAA, NTSB and DOT investigations, international flight planning and business aviation state tax issues. 2007 Business Aviation Regional Forums Schedule Now Available
NBAA has updated the schedule for its 2007 Business Aviation Regional Forums as follows: January 25, Scottsdale, AZ; February 9, Nagoya, Japan; March 15, Fort Lauderdale, FL; April 26, White Plains, NY; and June 8, St. Louis, MO. NBAA's Regional Forums bring business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel together for a one-day event at some of the best airports and FBOs in the nation and abroad.
