NBAA2005 LOTTERY DEADLINE IS FEB. 28; STATIC DISPLAY DEADLINE IS FEB. 18
The NBAA 58th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2005) will be held November
15, 16, 17, 2005, in New Orleans, LA. More than 1,000 Exhibitors are
expected to fill one million square feet of exhibit space at the Ernest N.
Morial Convention Center, and 100 aircraft will be on Static Display at
Lakefront Airport. The Lottery Deadline for Priority-Two and -Three
Exhibitors is February 28, and the Static Display Lottery is February 18.
NBAA will host an Exhibitor Advisory Subcommittee meeting in New Orleans the
week of February 21 to gather input from Exhibitor representatives on this
year's event. Plenty of opportunities are available for exhibiting,

NBAA2005 EXHIBITOR HOUSING NOW AVAILABLE
Housing for Exhibitors at NBAA2005 in New Orleans opened on Tuesday,
February 1. Hotel rates have been negotiated by NBAA to give Exhibitors the
lowest rates at official show hotels; no pre-payment for hotel reservations;
immediate confirmations; the option to update or cancel hotel reservations
online without fees or penalties; and descriptions, photos and maps to aid
in choosing hotels. Book airline reservations online 24/7 through Travel

SCHEDULERS & DISPATCHERS CONFERENCE EXHIBIT SPACE SOLD OUT
Exhibit space has sold out for the NBAA 16th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers
(S&D) Conference, to be held February 13 to 16 in Reno, NV. A total of 274
Exhibitors are confirmed for the event, which exceeds 2004's record total of
238. Last year marked NBAA's best-attended Schedulers & Dispatchers
Conference ever, with more than 1,450 Attendees, and high numbers are
expected this year, too. Exhibitor Service Kits have been e-mailed to

LABACE2005 ADVANCE PROGRAM COMING SOON
This year's LABACE, the only Latin American exhibition to focus exclusively
on business aviation, will be held March 31, April 1, 2, 2005, in São Paulo,
Brazil. Exhibitor Service Kits were sent to paid Exhibitors in late January,

EBACE2005 SPACE NEARLY SOLD OUT
EBACE2005, the only European exhibition to focus exclusively on business
aviation, will be held May 18, 19, 20, 2005, in Geneva, Switzerland. Booth
reservations are 28 percent ahead compared to the same period last year, and
space is nearly sold out. The EBACE Preliminary Program will be mailed
shortly, and an Advance Program with more in-depth detail about
Informational Sessions will be distributed by the end of February. The

ABACE2005 EXHIBITOR LOTTERY IS FEB. 10
Modeled after successful NBAA-sponsored events in the United States, Europe
and Latin America and following its Forum debut in Hong Kong in 2004, the
Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2005) will showcase
business aviation products, services and aircraft on August 9, 10, 11, 2005,
at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center (SNIEC) and Hongqiao
Airport in Shanghai. The ABACE Exhibitor Lottery is scheduled for February
10, and the Preliminary Program is scheduled to mail by end of February. For

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS NOW ONLINE
From April 10 to 12 in Colorado Springs, CO, the NBAA Maintenance Management
Conference will promote the theme, "Take Your Knowledge to New Heights." For
the second time, exhibits will be offered at this business aviation
maintenance-oriented event, which gives NBAA Associate Members an
opportunity to meet individuals from various-sized corporate flight
departments throughout the world who are directly responsible for the
