NBAA2004 DRAWS OVER 31,000
AND HAS RECORD NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS
NBAA's 57th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2004), held October 12, 13, 14 in Las Vegas,
closed with a total of 31,259 Attendees, a 9.4 percent increase over last year's total of
28,574. A record 1,084 Exhibiting Companies occupied a million square feet of exhibit space
in the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, 87 aircraft were on Static Display at Henderson
Executive Airport and approximately 75 Informational Sessions were offered throughout the
week on topics ranging from safety and security to training and the emerging very light jet
market. The NBAA 58th Annual Meeting & Convention is scheduled for November 15, 16, 17,

STATIC SPACE AT DALLAS BUSINESS
AVIATION REGIONAL FORUM STILL AVAILABLE
Static Display space is still available at the NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum, to be
held November 18 at Business Jet Center on Dallas Love Field (DAL) in Dallas, TX. NBAA's Regional
Forums are day-long learning and networking experiences designed to meet the needs of regional
business aviation operators, those wishing to learn more about this form of transportation,

EBACE2005 PRIORITY LOTTERY
DEADLINE IS NOV. 19
The 5th Annual European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2005) will be
held this May 18, 19, 20, 2005, in Geneva, Switzerland. EBACE2005, to be held at the Geneva
Palexpo Conference Center located immediately adjacent to Geneva International Airport, remains
the only exhibition of its size to focus exclusively on business aviation in Europe. The EBACE2005
Exhibitor application and deposit must be received by the Priority Lottery deadline, Friday,
November 19. The Exhibitor Prospectus has been mailed to NBAA Members, and all Exhibitor forms

LABACE2005 PRIORITY LOTTERY
DEADLINE IS NOV. 19
The 3rd Annual Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE2005) will
be held this March 31, April 1, 2, 2005, in São Paulo, Brazil. LABACE is positioned
to become the most efficient annual gathering of Latin American business aviation buyers and
sellers. This area has long been regarded as an emerging market for business aviation; however,
the truth is that aside from the U.S. market, it ranks a close second to Europe, and its importance
to the world economy is significant. Companies conducting business into or from Latin America
are encouraged to attend. The LABACE2005 Exhibitor application and deposit must be received
by the Priority Lottery deadline, Friday, November 19. The Exhibitor Prospectus has been mailed

S&D CONFERENCE IS FEB. 14-16
IN RENO
The NBAA 16th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference will be held February
14 to 16, 2005, at the Reno Hilton in Reno, NV. The cost of one booth space is $1,600 for
NBAA Members. The deadline for Priority-One and Priority-Two Exhibitors was Friday, November
5. Priority-Three Exhibitors are those whose applications and full payment are received after
the November 5 deadline. Space assignments for Priority-Three Exhibitors will be made in order
