NBAA2004 STATIC AIRCRAFT DEADLINES AND SET-UP ADVISORY
Static Display Exhibitors should note the following deadlines: electrical order forms, 30-day advanced price, Monday, September 13; ground power unit (GPU) orders, Monday, September 20; and air-conditioning unit (ACU) orders, September 20. In addition, due to the unique nature of the NBAA2004 Static Display layout at Henderson Airport, a slotting procedure will be implemented this year. This layout will prevent use of the "open window" arrival procedure of years past. Static Display Exhibitors must arrive during allotted slots to be accommodated at the Static Display. Depending on their placement, Exhibitor aircraft may be required to arrive as early as Saturday, October 9. For more information, contact NBAA's Joe Hart at jhart@nbaa.org.
