REGIONAL FORUM AT PBI NEXT WEEK
NBAA will host its next Business Aviation Regional Forum on March 10 at Palm Beach International
Airport (PBI) in West Palm Beach, FL, featuring approximately 30 aircraft on static display,
50 indoor Exhibitors and hundreds of Attendees. The NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum
is a daylong learning and networking experience designed to meet the needs of the regional
business aviation community and to provide an introduction to local business leaders interested

NEW ASIAN BUSINESS AVIATION
CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION ANNOUNCED
NBAA is pleased to announce the new Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE).
The Association first will host an ABACE Forum on July 15 and 16, 2004, at the Hong Kong Business
Aviation Center on Hong Kong International Airport (HKG). Modeled after the successful NBAA
Annual Meeting & Convention in the United States, EBACE in Europe and LABACE in Latin
America, the ABACE Show will debut in Shanghai, China in the summer of 2005. Dates for the

AVIATION FORECAST CONFERENCE TO INCLUDE GA BREAKOUT SESSIONS
The 29th Annual FAA Aviation Forecast Conference will be held March 25 to 26 in the new Washington
DC Convention Center. The theme of this event will be "The 2nd Century of Flight: The
Outlook for Commercial and Civil Aviation." NBAA President and CEO Shelley A. Longmuir
will moderate a panel on business aviation on March 26. Panels on general aviation and rotorcraft

ATTENDEES ELIGIBLE FOR AIRLINE TICKET DISCOUNTS
United Airlines is the official international airline for LABACE Exhibitors and Delegates.
U.S. Attendees who call United's toll-free number (800-521-4041) to book reservations and
refer to Meeting ID Number 517SG will receive a 5-percent discount off the lowest applicable
discount fare, including First Class, or a 10-percent discount off mid-week coach fares, purchased
seven days in advance. An additional 5-percent discount will apply when tickets are purchased
at least 30 days in advance of your travel date. Or you may choose Area Pricing, set airfare
prices based upon geographical locations. Discounts apply on all United, United Express, and

BUSINESS VISA REQUIRED FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO ATTEND LABACE2004
NBAA Members are advised that a Brazilian government-issued Business Visa is required for
all non-Brazilian residents to exhibit at LABACE2004. In addition, LABACE Attendees who register
and pay on-site will be required to have a Business Visa (Temporary Visa: VITEM-II). U.S.
Attendees must receive a Visa from the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate prior to departure from

ANNOUNCES EXTENDED EXHIBIT HOURS
LABACE Management announces extended exhibit hours on Friday, April 16. The exhibit hall will
be open from 12:00 to 20:00 (changed from 19:00) and the Static Display will be open from
12:00 to 20:00 (changed from 18:00). In addition, a new Static Display reception has been
scheduled for that date from 18:00 to 20:00. The remainder of the schedule remains unchanged.

DEADLINES FOR EBACE2004 DIRECTORY OF EXHIBITING COMPANIES
A more streamlined and up-to-date EBACE Directory of Exhibiting Companies will debut at EBACE2004.
Distributed to all Registrants on site with their credentials, the EBACE2004 Directory of
Exhibiting Companies will include pertinent information relative to exhibits, meetings, social
gatherings, shuttle bus schedules and other events. Several advertising opportunities are
available, including cover positions as well as color or black-and-white full-page ads. The
submission deadline for advertising in the EBACE2004 Directory of Exhibiting Companies is
April 9, and all artwork must be received by April 19. Note that EBACE USA's Bill Miller is

FOR 2004 EUROPEAN BUSINESS AVIATION AWARDS DUE THIS MONTH
Created to honor individuals who have made a significant identifiable contribution to the
advancement of business aviation in Europe, the European Business Aviation Award is presented
each year to one or more individuals on the occasion of EBACE, the only European exhibition

DIRECTORY OF EXHIBITING COMPANIES DISCOUNT AND DEADLINES
NBAA is pleased to offer all advertisers in the 2004 NBAA Directory of Member Companies, Aircraft
& Personnel a 15-percent discount off an advertisement in the NBAA 57th Annual Meeting
& Convention Official Directory of Exhibiting Companies. Distributed to each Registrant
at the Convention with their credentials, the Directory includes pertinent information relative
