NBAA2004 EXHIBITOR PRIORITY ONE LOTTERY DEADLINE IS NEXT WEDNESDAY
The NBAA2004 Exhibitor Priority One Lottery information has just been e-mailed to all NBAA Member Companies requiring a minimum of 2,000 square feet of contiguous space at next year's event. The deadline to submit exhibit applications for the Priority One Lottery drawing is next Wednesday, December 10. Companies requiring less than 2,000 square feet of contiguous space at NBAA2004 are not eligible for the Priority One Lottery drawing. The 2004 NBAA Exhibitor Prospectus, containing further information and application forms, is scheduled to mail to all NBAA Members and Exhibiting Companies by early January. NBAA2004 INDOOR & STATIC DISPLAY LOTTERY DATE IS FEB. 18
Companies that submit indoor and outdoor booth space applications by February 18 will be eligible to receive prepayment discounts. Application forms will be provided in the 2004 NBAA Exhibitor Prospectus, scheduled to mail in early January, or on the NBAA web site in the near future. NBAA2004 STATIC DISPLAY PRICING AND SPACE SIZES CHANGED
To simplify Static Display space requirements and to offer more flexibility to Static Display Exhibitors, NBAA has changed the size requirement from 20-foot by 20-foot spaces to 10-foot by 10-foot spaces. In addition, for the first time, NBAA will offer a prepayment discount of $15 per 10-foot by 10-foot Static Display space booked to all Static Display Exhibitors that pay in full by February 18. Last year the Static Display space price for a 20-foot by 20-foot Static Display space was $600, but this year, the price is $150 for a 10-foot by 10-foot Static Display space. In comparison to 2003, NBAA has lowered the Static Display space cost by $60 (from $600 to $540) if paid in full by the February 18 deadline. EXHIBIT SPACES STILL AVAILABLE FOR SCHEDULERS CONFERENCE THIS JANUARY
Currently, more than 215 Exhibiting Companies have been placed for the NBAA 15th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, January 11 to 14 at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center in Savannah, GA. A few spaces are still available. More than 600 Attendees have registered for this event so far and more than 1,000 are anticipated. BUSINESS AVIATION REGIONAL FORUMS NOW ACCEPTING PRESENTATION PROPOSALS
A limited number of speaking opportunities are available for the 2004 NBAA Regional Business Aviation Forums. Presentations should be timely, current and of general interest to the business aviation community. NBAA also is accepting proposals for maintenance training sessions that will run concurrently to the general sessions at each Forum. LABACE2004 AND EBACE2004 BOOTH CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE MAILED THIS MONTH
The LABACE2004 Exhibitor Lottery drawing for booth placement has already taken place, and the EBACE2004 Exhibitor Lottery is still taking place. Booth confirmations for both events will be mailed out to all participating Exhibiting Companies by the end of December. Spaces are still available for both events.
