NBAA2003 BEGINS
NEXT WEEK WITH A RECORD 1,067 EXHIBITORS
Next week on October 7, 8, 9, NBAA "Celebrates 100 Years of Flight" at the Association's
56th Annual Meeting & Convention with a special "Countdown to Kitty Hawk" exhibit
showcasing the most authentic replica of the 1903 Wright Flyer. Compared to last year's Convention
-- which closed with 1,011 Exhibitors -- this year 1,067 Exhibiting Companies currently are
registered for NBAA2003, including 19 Exhibitors appearing only at the NBAA Static Display
of Aircraft on Orlando Executive Airport, where 105 aircraft will be shown. NBAA2003 also
will feature special guests and speakers from all areas of the aviation community, including
FAA Administrator Marion Blakey, House Aviation Subcommittee chairman John L. Mica (R-FL 7th),
astronauts Neil Armstrong and Eugene Cernan, FAA regulator Nick Sabatini and Wright Brothers

PROCEDURES FOR FLYING TO NBAA CONVENTION
In anticipation of a large number of aircraft operating to and from the Orlando, FL area in
conjunction with NBAA2003, the FAA Air Traffic Control System Command Center has established
a Special Traffic Management Program (STMP) for this event. Slot reservations will be required
for domestic, non-scheduled IFR arrivals and departures at Orlando-area airports from October
5 through October 9. To assist Static Display Exhibitors and Attendees, NBAA contracted with
the FAA to provide a flight service station (FSS) inside the NBAA Static Display Registration

LOUNGE AND NBAA CAFÉ
Exhibitors who need a break to relax and refuel may stop at the Exhibitor Lounge, sponsored
by TÜV America, Inc. and located at Booth 4001 in Hall C of the OCCC. In addition, a
full-service restaurant will be available in Hall E of the OCCC. The NBAA Café is able
to accommodate up to 1,000 patrons at a time. Menus will vary each day from sandwiches to
hot meals. For reservations, call the Levy Service Desk at (407) 685-5052 or visit the restaurant
reservation desk in Lobby C of the OCCC. Walk-ins also will be accepted. The NBAA Café
will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. To review an

EXHIBITOR PARKING PRIVILEGES AVAILABLE STARTING TODAY
Parking is available to Exhibitors at the OCCC for $10 per day. Exhibitors are eligible for
"in-and-out" privileges from Wednesday, October 1 through Sunday, October 12, if
they present Exhibitor badge credentials at the parking ticket booth. For other Exhibitor

COUNTDOWN TO KITTY HAWK
EXHIBIT AT NBAA2003
Through special arrangements by Eclipse Aviation, NBAA2003 will feature EAA's "Countdown
to Kitty Hawk" exhibit, a celebration of the Centennial of Flight presented by Ford Motor
Company, with supporting sponsors Microsoft Flight Simulator, Northrop Grumman, Eclipse and
NBAA. The exhibit, located in Hall C of the OCCC, will feature an authentic Wright Flyer replica,
in its last appearance before a "first flight" re-enactment this December 17 in
Kitty Hawk, NC. In addition, visitors can fly Wright Flyer simulators, enjoy interactive exhibits
honoring the greatest aviation innovations of the first 100 years of powered flight, and learn
about the NBAA-sponsored Wright Again project, which tracks the day-by-day progress in the

DISPLAY INSURANCE FORMS ARE PAST DUE
NBAA Static Display Exhibitors: If you have not submitted your NBAA2003 Static Display insurance
forms yet, they are now past due. In addition, if you have submitted your forms but have been
contacted by NBAA's Joe Hart or Bill Miller, your company may not be in compliance. NBAA must
obtain the following from your company before any Static Display setup can commence: (1) Certificates
of Insurance and (2) Addendum to Application for Static Display Space. Direct questions to

PORTION OF FUEL SALES TO NBAA GOLF CLASSIC
Galaxy Aviation will make a charitable contribution of 10 cents for each gallon of fuel purchased
by NBAA Members during NBAA2003 next week. Galaxy's contribution will go to NBAA's Chairman's
Charity Classic Golf Tournament, which this year benefits The Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children
& Women. Part of Orlando Regional Healthcare, this hospital is dedicated exclusively to
the needs of children and women, featuring a regional center for neonatal care, maternal intensive

AT LABACE2004 AND EBACE2004
Exhibitors can visit Booth 4567, located in Hall C of the OCCC, to learn more about LABACE,
the only Latin American exhibition of its kind to focus exclusively on business aviation,

TO BE HELD IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ ON NOV. 13
Make plans now to exhibit at NBAA's Business Aviation Regional Forum in Scottsdale, AZ, on
November 13. This one-day event, hosted by Scottsdale AirCenter, will feature more than 40
aircraft on Static Display, 60 Exhibitors and a full slate of informational sessions. Exhibit

2004 NBAA REGIONAL FORUM
SCHEDULE SET
NBAA has selected the following U.S. dates and locations for the 2004 Business Aviation Regional
Forum program: March 10 in West Palm Beach, June 24 in Chicago, August 26 in Seattle and November
18 in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Exhibitor information for the entire 2004 program will mail in November,
