COUNTDOWN TO KITTY HAWK EXHIBIT AT NBAA2003
Through special arrangements by Eclipse Aviation, NBAA2003 will feature EAA's Countdown to Kitty Hawk Exhibit, a celebration of the Centennial of Flight presented by Ford Motor Company, with supporting sponsors Microsoft Flight Simulator, Northrop Grumman, Eclipse and NBAA. The exhibit, located in Hall C of the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), will feature an authentic Wright Flyer replica, in its last appearance before a "first flight" re-enactment this December 17 at Kitty Hawk. In addition, visitors can fly Wright Flyer simulators, enjoy interactive exhibits honoring the greatest aviation innovations of the first 100 years of powered flight, and learn about the Wright Again project, which tracks the day-by-day progress in the development of the original 1903 Wright Flyer. REGISTRATION FOR EXHIBITOR BADGES IS SEP. 26
For Exhibitor registration forms received by September 26, badges will shipped via certified return-receipt mail. For Exhibitor registration forms received after September 26, badges will be held for on-site pickup at Exhibitor Registration, in Lobby B of the OCCC. Exhibitor Registration hours are the following: Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 5, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday, October 6, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, October 7, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday, October 8, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Thursday, October 9, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information, visit:

STATIC DISPLAY INFORMATION DUE BY SEP. 26
NBAA Static Display of Aircraft certificates of insurance are due to all parties -- NBAA, Showalter Flying Service, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority/City of Orlando and The Freeman Companies -- by Friday, September 26. The Aircraft Information Request Form, with aircraft arrival and departure information, must also be submitted to NBAA's Joe Hart by September 26. These forms are provided in the NBAA Exhibitor Service Kit CD-ROM under the "Association and General Information" tab. NBAA2003 INFO SESSION: FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT & AVIATION INSURANCE
The NBAA Tax Committee has created a new Informational Session to take place from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7. At this session, industry experts will discuss insurance considerations for business aircraft operations, and Attendees will learn common risk-management issues related to aircraft ownership, how to deal with these issues, and how to implement risk-management and insurance solutions. One of the highlights of the NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention is the closing night's NBAA Safety Awards Banquet.
