Held along with NBAA Business Aviation Taxes Seminar
Since 2004, the regulations surrounding non-business use of business aircraft have grown complex and confusing. This seminar, held in conjunction with the NBAA Business Aviation Taxes Conference, will examine the issues surrounding compliance with IRS, SEC, and FAA regulations related to treatment of perquisites, executive compensation, limitations on reimbursement for non-business flights, and the disallowance for flights that are entertainment, recreation, or vacation in nature.
