What Others Are Saying
The Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference is an exceptional marketing opportunity for companies that offer business aviation products and service. See what conference exhibitors and attendees have said about the event.
Level playing field.
“Every vendor at S&D has a 10x10 booth. You can be a smaller business and receive just as much attention as the larger companies exhibiting. Plus, there is dedicated time for attendees to meet and network with exhibitors – both during the day and at evening events.”
Theresa Lushina, Motorola
“I would never have met half the vendors that I do business with today if it hadn’t been for the S&D Conference. If you are trying to get my business – you are missing a critical sales opportunity if you are not at this show.”
Eve Gregory, C&S Wholesale Grocers
Outstanding venue to showcase your products and services.
“There have been several new resources I’ve discovered right on the S&D show floor, that I never knew about before. This is the one place I come to find ALL the products and services I need for my flight department during the year.”
Spring Adamo, FirstEnergy
Exhibitor Benefit: Company Profiles
The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference Program and Directory of Exhibiting Companies contains company profiles, as well as information about conference exhibits, sessions and social gatherings. Exhibitors are provided one complimentary company listing per booth space. Exhibitors are listed alphabetically in both the print and electronic editions of the conference program, along with their booth number, company address, phone and fax, web and email addresses and a 50-word description of the company's products or services, as well as in a maximum of five Buyer's Guide categories per exhibitor. Exhibitors will receive booth confirmations that include log-in credentials for the Exhibitor Service Center to allow them to update their company profiles online. Exhibitors are responsible for entering and reviewing their company profiles online by November 1, 2013, to ensure inclusion in the print edition of the Conference Program.
Additional listings for co-exhibitors are available for $250 each. Additional listings must be paid for in advance. For additional information about this publication, contact NBAA's Melissa Murphy at firstname.lastname@example.org or (830) 608-9888.
Exhibitors Are Attendees Too!
Don't miss out on the numerous opportunities for professional development at the Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference. Exhibit personnel are encouraged to attend the scheduled education sessions as well as pre and post-conference courses. These courses typically have a separate registration fee. The keynote speaker for this 25th anniversary Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference will be leadership expert and entrepreneur Betty L. Shotton, CEO, Author, & Speaker.
Attendees of the Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference affirm that volunteers are an important component to the Conference’s success! The Ambassador Volunteer program is comprised of exhibitors who have attended past conferences. Ambassadors assist throughout the week by lending a hand to help the anticipated 2,500+ attendees navigate their way around the conference. Exhibitors may sign-up to be Ambassador Volunteers during the registration process, or send an inquiry to email@example.com.
