Substitutions and Cancellations

A full refund less a 10 percent processing fee will be made for cancellations received in writing prior to June 14, 2012. NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. However, there will be NO REFUNDS after June 14, 2012. All requests must be made in writing to registration@nbaa.org. If you are unable to attend and wish to send another representative from your company, simply email the name of your replacement to registration@nbaa.org.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
