NBAA PDP Course: Capitalize on Human Resources

Held in conjunction with the 2013 NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention in Las Vegas, NV.
This course is designed to get participants thinking differently about a flight department's most valuable resources – its people. It introduces several new concepts that can enhance staffing requirements and increase employee satisfaction. This course is highly interactive and includes role-playing, breakout sessions and group discussions.
This course fulfills NBAA PDP Human Resources Objective 4.
