Held in conjunction with the 2013 Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA2013) in Las Vegas.
This course is designed to get participants thinking differently about a flight department's most valuable resources – its people. It introduces several new concepts that can enhance staffing requirements and increase employee satisfaction. This is a highly interactive course that facilitates interactive role-playing exercises to enhance the attendees’ skills for resolving employee issues. The course also includes breakout sessions to discuss and analyze and group discussions.
