Held in conjunction with the NBAA 65th Annual Meeting & Convention .
This course is designed for aviation and transportation specialists who need a solid understanding of human factors issues in their work environment. The course focuses on aviation, specifically business aviation, but the concepts apply anywhere humans are performing complex tasks. Participants learn how to detect, prevent and manage various human factors issues as part of a system safety culture.
This course fulfills NBAA PDP Human Resources Objective 9.
