NBAA PDP Course: Human Factors

Held in conjunction with the NBAA 62nd Annual Meeting and Convention.

This two-day course will provide Attendees with techniques for improving communication and decision-making, team effectiveness as well as the interaction among maintenance, dispatch, flight and other functional areas of the organization (Human Resource Management). The course will define the inter-relationships of crew resource management, maintenance resource management and dispatcher resource management. Other key components of this course include: human factors in an organization, leadership styles and responsibilities, organizational factors, error and risk management, and Safety Management Systems.

This course fullfills NBAA PDP Leadership Objective 6.
