About the Speaker

Dr. C. Daniel Prather, A.A.E., CAM

Dr. C. Daniel Prather, A.A.E., CAM is an engaging instructor with industry experience and a high degree of knowledge of business aviation topics. Dr. Prather has ten years of experience at Tampa International Airport, having served for over eight years as Assistant Director of Operations. He is also an experienced instructor, having served as a faculty member in the Middle Tennessee State University Aerospace Department for six years. He currently trains airport personal nationwide on behalf of the American Association of Airport Executives. Currently, Dr. Prather is Chair of the nation's newest collegiate aviation program at California Baptist University. He is an Accredited Airport Executive, Certified Aviation Manager, instrument-rated private pilot, and member of the NBAA PDP Review Committee. Dr. Prather holds a Bachelor of Commercial Aviation degree, a Master of Public Administration degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree.

Aviation Training Solutions

Aviation Training Solutions, a subsidiary of Prather Airport Solutions, was established in 2009 to meet the training needs of business aviation professionals. By offering engaging courses tailored for the business aviation community, course participants enhance their level of knowledge and sense of professionalism. All of the courses offered by the firm are PDP-approved by NBAA. The firm is also able to design unique courses to meet specific training needs for business aviation firms.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
