Attendee Registration

Registration for the NBAA Leadership Conference includes all continental breakfasts, lunches, breaks and receptions, as well as the Wednesday evening Casino Royale dinner cruise of the San Diego Bay aboard the California Spirit.

Separate registration and a separate payment, which does not include registration for the Leadership Conference, are required for the one-day PDP Course: Effective Leadership in Aviation. Course registration includes continental breakfast, break, lunch and all handout materials.

Substitutions/Cancellations

A full refund less a 10 percent processing fee will be made for cancellations received in writing prior to February 17, 2012. NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. However, there will be NO REFUNDS after February 17, 2012. All requests must be made in writing to registration@nbaa.org. If you are unable to attend and wish to send another representative from your company, simply e-mail the name of your replacement to registration@nbaa.org.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
