Children 12 to 18 will be permitted into the Exhibit hall and Static Display of Aircraft during official Exhibit hours only. Children 12 to 18 must register, pay appropriate fees and be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are never admitted on the Exhibit floor or at the Static Display of Aircraft. NBAA will not be held responsible by or for any cause whatsoever.
Please email your cancellation and/or substitution request to firstname.lastname@example.org or send via fax to (202) 478-0036. A $15.00 processing fee will be processed for cancellations received in writing prior to April 6, 2012. NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. However, there will be NO REFUNDS April 6, 2012.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
