NBAA Standards of Excellence in Business Aviation (SEBA) Program
NBAA's Standards of Excellence in Business Aviation (SEBA) Program is designed to help Attendees decide which sessions are the best options to attend. NBAA's SEBA program was created to encourage continuing education practices within the business aviation community.
The program was developed by NBAA and is coordinated through the Professional Development Strategic Focus Team in collaboration with the Corporate Aviation Management Committee, Flight Attendants Committee, Maintenance Committee and the Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee.
SEBA has four levels for the business aviation flight attendant:
- SEBA 1 is for entry level flight attendants who have completed training that meets the basics from FAR part 135 plus, CRM, food handling and in-flight medical training;
- SEBA 2 builds upon SEBA 1 with aircraft specific training, ground safety, deicing and business protocol training;
- SEBA 3 is for the lead flight attendant and includes advanced culinary, high altitude, fatigue countermeasures and security training; and
- SEBA 4 is for the manager flight attendant with management training and industry experience.

NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) Credit
Candidates for the NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credential earn one point toward their CAM application or CAM renewal by attending this NBAA Annual Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference. Learn more at www.nbaa.org/cam.
The dress for all Conference events is business casual (slacks, skirts, blouses, sweaters and blazers for women, and slacks, polo shirts, button-down shirts, blazers or sweaters for men). NBAA also recommends wearing comfortable shoes for walking. Meeting rooms have a tendency to be cool, so bring a sweater or jacket.
