Founded by Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) in 1955 and co-sponsored by NBAA since 1998, the Corporate Aviation Safety Seminar (CASS) is recognized as the premier forum for the discussion and exchange of safety information for business aviation operations. At this annual three-day forum, operators meet with industry leaders, government officials and university researchers for a comprehensive review business aviation safety issues.
The 55th Annual Corporate Aviation Safety Seminar will be held from May 11 to 13, 2010, at the Hilton El Conquistador in Tucson, AZ, in conjunction with an NBAA Emergency Response Planning Workshop on May 10 and 11.
Registration for this event is administered via the Flight Safety Foundation web site. Register for CASS now.
At CASS, participants will find the right blend of technical presentations, informal discussion, personal interaction and exhibits. Last year more than 400 business aviation specialists emerged from the seminar with new knowledge and ideas.
Presenters will examine such topics as corporate FOQA (C-FOQA); training to prevent in-flight upsets; current helicopter safety issues; tools for safety management system (SMS) implementation; fatigue risk management by small operators; head-up guidance system technology; and much more. Each of the seminar presentations aims to deliver useful, specific information directly applicable to business aviation operations.
CASS also provides exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities to give companies visibility at this event. Direct questions to FSF's Ann Hill at firstname.lastname@example.org or NBAA's Sandy Wirtz at email@example.com.

About the Emergency Response Planning Workshop
CASS will be held in conjunction with an NBAA Emergency Response Planning Workshop on May 10 and 11. Every aviation department should have the ability to implement its emergency response plan at a moment’s notice. This practical, two-day workshop will help your company be prepared in the event of a worst-case scenario, give you the knowledge needed to put together an effective response and provide tips for updating your company’s emergency response plan at least every other year. Participants will learn the issues involved in aviation-related disasters, which can also readily be applied in non-aviation events.
The NBAA Emergency Response Planning Workshop is presented by The VanAllen Group and meets NBAA Professional Development Program (PDP) Objective Ops5. Please note: Separate registration is required for NBAA's Emergency Response Planning Workshop. Register for the workshop now.
